Over a decade in production, enology, and DTC hospitality sales across Napa Valley and Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico. Enologica exists because I've seen the same gap everywhere I've worked: teams selling great wine with a hospitality experience that doesn't match it.
Why Enologica
I started Enologica after watching, again and again, how a scripted greeting or a distracted pour cost a winery a club membership it should have earned easily. Great hospitality isn't a personality trait some team members have and others don't — it's a system, and once you build it, it holds up on the busiest Saturday.
